Andrew worked in television for 15 years as a producer on-screen reporter on flagship BBC programmes such as Sunday Politics, Daily Politics, BBC London News and BBC Breakfast.

Prior to starting Hi Impact in 2021, he was the Managing Director of Econ Films.

Max is a BAFTA nominated filmmaker who has directed and produced award winning features and short films.

He spent 10 years making current affairs programmes for the BBC and Channel 4, as a PD, editor and animator. Prior to starting Hi Impact he was Creative Director of Econ Films.

Rachel is a former BBC news editor with over 30 years of experience in live TV and outside broadcasting.  

She has produced hundreds of hours of hybrid events for clients around the world from Westminster to Afghanistan.

Simon has worked with the world’s leading brands on multi-award-winning content and campaigns, forming strategic partnerships with the likes of WWF, CES, WHO, Google, L’Oreal, Airbnb, and eBay.

Prior to Hi Impact he was Global Vice President at BBC Studios, creating series about the issues shaping society for global audiences.

Yulia is a streaming and broadcasting specialist. She’s helped drive the success of events such as the Olympics, Expo 2020, UN’s Climate COPs and much more. As our Dubai representative, Yulia facilitates our operations in that region.

Sarah has worked as a bookkeeper and financial controller for over 25 years.  She spent nearly 15 years in the music industry, working for artists, managers and independent record labels.

 

Much of the last 15 years has been spent working for creative companies and individuals within the TV industry.

Fabien is a video editor with over 5 years experience cutting long and short form for broadcast, web, and social. He has worked on flagship programmes for Discovery Channel and Channel 4.

Richard worked as producer on the BBC’s Sunday Politics and for The Andrew Marr Show, BBC London News and on the BBC’s live election coverage. He has also worked as a producer at Times Radio.
